KINDS OF ACTION CARDS

Me Card - Take a rule

Free Card - Free a player of their rules and taker their crowns.

You card - Pick a person to take a rule.

Give card - Give one of your rules to another player.

Gals card - All the women take a rule

Guy card - All the men take a rule

Ruler cards - You lose all your crowns and the crowns are shuffled back into the action deck. The Ruler card is put off to the side.

When the fourth and final ruler card is drawn, then it is the end of the game.

OBJECTIVE

Four alien rulers are coming to Earth to meet it’s ruler and conquer the human race. Stack other players with rules to make them look like fools while collecting as many crowns as you can to become Ruler of Rules.

SETUP

Separate the Rule deck from the Action deck. Place them in the center of the play area. The player whose birthday is next starts and picks a card from the Action deck. The player reads the card out loud and follows the instructions on the card. After the turn is over, the player to their left picks an action card. Repeat until the fourth and final Ruler card is drawn and ends the game.

DECKS

There are two types of decks. The Rule deck and the Action Deck.

Rule Deck is filled with fun and wild instructions of what you can and cannot do during the game. You can have multiple rules stacked on top of each other. There is no limit to amount of rules that can be stacked on one player.

EXAMPLE

You pick a Rule card that says “Talk like a Valley Girl”, then you pick on that says “Talk like a robot”. Now you must talk like a Valley Girl Robot.

Action Deck has two types of cards: Action cards and Crown cards.

Action cards give you a specific action to complete. That be taking a rule or giving a rule or another action.

Crown cards are the points of the game. Collect as many as you can.
