RULER OF RULES is a party card game where you put rules on your opponents to make them talk and act silly as you try to collect the most point cards before the Alien Rulers show up to conquer earth. You stack the rules on top of each other for maximum silliness. EXAMPLE: You are given a rule card that says "Talk Like A Valley Girl" then another player gives you one that says "Talk Like A Robot", you must now talk like a valley girl robot for the rest of the game until freed from your rules. Pile rules on your opponents and laugh as things get quickly out of control as players try to follow all their rules at the same time.
